Rosalva (Rosie) Baez, born and raised in Houston, TX, graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University – Kingsville. Rosie is a Texas notary public. Rosie joined the American Association of Notaries in May of 2022 as a customer service manager and was soon promoted to assistant Vice President of Operations. The American Association of Notaries, Inc. is the largest Texas notary organization.
